Deposits, by month and by day
Six months of operating deposits tell the desk the size of the business, its seasonality and whether the proposed payment fits inside an ordinary week.
Amounts, terms and timelines are typical ranges for complete files, subject to underwriting and lender approval.

Browse the AcademyPayroll before the receivable clears. Inventory before the season. A tax bill, a repair, a contract that needs crew now. Qualified Commercial funds working capital for operating businesses on the cash flow already in the bank account: revolving lines of credit, fixed-rate term loans, hybrid structures and, for qualified files, revenue-based funding. Processed by our own underwriters, with no credit pull to see where you stand.
Screen before applying: 1+ year in business, $50K+ annual revenue and 640+ owner credit for the core programs. Revenue-based funding has its own floor: 5+ years, $1M+ monthly deposits and 650 credit. Below 640, read the bad-credit section before you apply anywhere.
Working capital is underwritten on the bank account, because the bank account is where it will be repaid from.
Six months of operating deposits tell the desk the size of the business, its seasonality and whether the proposed payment fits inside an ordinary week.
Average daily balance, negative days, returned items and overdrafts. A clean account with modest balances beats a large account that touches zero twice a month.
Every loan, lease, line and advance, with its payment and its collateral. The question is the cash left after all of them, not after the new one alone.
A receivable it bridges, a season it stocks, a contract it mobilizes. Capital with a job and a date is a line or a term loan. Capital to cover a recurring loss is a readiness conversation.
The label matters less than the match. The wrong structure for the right need is how a healthy business ends up with a daily draw.
Recurring gaps between paying and getting paid. Revolving capital to $250K, interest only on what is drawn, repay and redraw without reapplying. Typically live in about three days.
A defined need and a known payoff. The EZ Term loan funds $25K to $500K on three bank statements and a sentence, fixed for three to five years, typically in about five days.
Term stability on the known portion and revolving access on the rest. A hybrid facility to $25M, or a jumbo term loan when the acquisition or project outgrows conventional limits.
For established businesses with $1M+ in monthly deposits that need to move this week. Weekly or bi-weekly payments, never daily, first or second position only, $25K to $10M.
$15K to $50K over ten years at Prime plus a margin, no collateral pledged. Government-backed, so slower and heavier on paperwork, and the cheapest monthly payment on the site.
Not new money. A refinance review that maps every position, verifies the payoffs and tests whether one amortizing payment is something the deposits can carry.
Typical amount, term and time to close on a complete file. The file is matched to the program that fits; you do not have to pick first.

Amounts, terms and timelines are typical ranges for complete files and are subject to underwriting, collateral review, documentation, third-party reports and lender approval. Nothing here is a commitment to lend. SBA programs are additionally subject to SBA eligibility and approval.
Four non-personal questions. The result is a routing recommendation, not an approval, and nothing is stored.
This check collects no personal details and does not make a credit decision.
Bad credit business loan. Second position MCA. Both searches come from a real place. Here is what this desk can and cannot do with each.
Shorter than most. The deposits do most of the work, and the faster programs ask for less.
Direct underwriting removes the packaging, shopping and re-requesting that cost a brokered file a month.
Answer a short set of questions and upload the statements you already have. A preliminary read comes back in minutes, with no credit pull to begin.
The person who decides reads the deposits, the balances and the existing positions together, and asks for gaps once.
Amount, term, payment, frequency and total repayment on one sheet. Nothing is discovered on a bank statement later.
Bank verification, closing documents, then funds in the operating account. Lines are ready to draw.
Line versus term, how a credit limit is set, the working capital cycle, funding with challenged credit and why stacking advances compounds.
Same dollar amount, different consequences. How amortization, coverage and renewal risk decide which structure fits, with the arithmetic laid out.

6 min readAlready have an MCA? Compare a second advance with payoff and replacement, calculate weekly cash pressure, and prepare a complete funding review file.
5 min readOn a complete file, a line of credit typically closes in about three days and the EZ Term loan in about five. Revenue-based funding gets an initial read in one to three business days. Same-day funding is not advertised here, because closing still needs verification and documents.
The core programs screen from 640 owner credit. Below that, an asset-backed route or, from 650, revenue-based funding on strong deposits may still work. Under 600, Capital Readiness builds the file toward a yes rather than collecting another decline.
Revenue-based funding here is first or second position only, weekly or bi-weekly, never daily. We do not take a third position behind two advances. If you already carry two, the right review is consolidation.
A line revolves: draw, repay, redraw, with interest only on what is outstanding. It fits recurring gaps. A term loan funds once with a fixed payment and a known payoff. It fits a defined purchase or project.
No. The preliminary read uses no credit pull. A credit report is pulled only when you move forward with a specific program, and you are told before it happens.
Lines run to $250K, the EZ Term loan to $500K, hybrid and jumbo structures to $25M, and revenue-based funding $25K to $10M for established businesses. The amount is sized to deposits and existing obligations, not to the maximum a program allows.
Tell the desk what the money is for and when it is due. The underwriter matches the structure to the deposits and puts the terms in writing before you decide anything.
Amounts, terms, timelines and pricing are typical ranges for complete files, are determined file by file, and are superseded by executed documents. Screening is a preliminary review, not a commitment to lend. Final terms depend on underwriting, collateral review, documentation, third-party reports and lender approval.
