How do I reset my password?
Open the password-reset page, enter your account email, and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Enter the code, choose a new password, and you're back in. If the code doesn't arrive within a minute, check spam — then email us.
How do I cancel my Investor membership?
Email support@qualifiedcommercial.com from the address on your account. We'll process cancellations within 1 business day. The canonical cancellation terms live in our Terms & Conditions.
How do I opt out of SMS notifications?
Reply STOP to any text message we send and the carrier will block further nonessential texts. You'll still receive transactional file emails. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I escalate a stuck loan file?
Email support@qualifiedcommercial.com and include the file's deal ID (e.g.
L-4760 — it's shown at the top of every loan page in the dashboard). CC'ing your broker speeds things up. We'll triage the file the same business day in most cases.How do I delete my account or request my data?
Email support@qualifiedcommercial.com from the address on file. Certain financial records must be retained for legal compliance even after deletion — see our Privacy Policy and Disclosure for the retention language.
